Swiss Steak Recipe
This is a delicious swiss steak recipe that quick and easy to do.

INGREDIENTS
2 cuts round steak or sirloin steak
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup flour
1 package brown gravy mix
1 package onion soup mix
1/4 to 1/2 cup oil
2 cups water
PREPARATION
Cut steak into smaller sized pieces - making serving sized portions.
In a large bowl, mix together salt, pepper and flour. Place steak pieces in the bowl and cover them with the powder mixture.
Add a bit of oil to brown the steak before placing in a 9 x 11 pan.
In another bowl, combine water and soup mixes to make a gravy.
Pour the gravy overtop of the steaks.
Preheat oven at 250 degrees. Cover and bake for 2 hours
