Serenade her at a nice picnic meal

I was fortunate enough to have 3 talented friends to pull this one off, but even if you can't find anyone like that, you can always hire some pros. Anyway, I asked my chef friend to prepare a nice romantic dinner and deliver it to a nearby park (with another friend who helped set the whole thing - table with a nice table cloth, romantic candlelights, etc). I surprised my wife by taking her to the spot and having this specially ordered dinner during the sunset in a nice quite spot. I had my violinist friend come by and casually play a few nice tunes. Then my saxaphone friend replaced him and played some more nice music. My wife loved it so much, she couldn't stop talking about it for the next few weeks.
