Depending on the size of your wedding, you’ll need to seek out an officiant, musicians, a cake, a florist, a ceremony site, a hair/make-up person, and any other services you might need. Once they arrive, have welcome packages waiting for them in their rooms, complete with water, magazines, snacks, information about the area, and maybe a few extras such as a bottle of wine or some bath salts. You may want to make suggestions of fun things they can do in the area – keep in mind they will have a wide variety of interests, and the group may include families or seniors.
