Take your partner to a special location at night time (like the spot were you had your first date, or first kiss). Somewhere overlooking a really nice view is a good choice. Drive there, and bring along a cd of the most romantic songs you can find. Park, and put the cd in your car's cd player.
As the cd starts to play, step out of the vehicle, and ask your sweetheart to dance with you. You can dance together on your own private dance floor, all night long.
Bring along snacks, or a picnic for some added romance.
