Over-Night excursion

My husband has a birthday coming up in April.
I have purchased tickets to see his favourite comedian, and I have booked a suite for the night (jacuzzi tub) at a local hotel. I want to surprise him with all of this and dinner at his favorite restaurant, but not sure how to do it. Any suggestions?

ANSWER

You could try tricking him by saying you're going one place (somewhere that isn't very exciting), then take him to those secret places instead.
This way he wont be expecting it.

Make everything a complete surprise.
