I will never forget the night that we went back to your house after we had been down the pub and we were having a few drinks. I went to the toilet and heard someone coming upstairs; I was a little worried about who had followed me! I was so relieved and happy that it was you. Our lips met as we caressed each other’s bodies, I felt like I was on cloud nine especially when you asked me to be your girlfriend. Cynical me thought it was just the drink talking so I had to ask you to call me the next day (July 2nd) I felt so lucky when you told me you really meant it. It feels like just yesterday I was pulling you a pint before you even reached the bar, calling you fitty whenever I saw you and do you remember all those nights we sat talking outside? I was just happy to be sat there with you because that meant that I could gaze at your handsome face and listen to your sexy voice. I would have butterflies in my stomach every time I saw you and I’d be so nervous around you even after we became a couple. I sometimes still get the same breathless, heart racing feeling when we are together. I am so lucky to have you by my side; I must have done something really good to be blessed with someone as special as you. I don’t know what id do without you baby, you really are the love of my life and I promise to never to take you for granted. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you; I look forward to the sharing the bad times with you as well as the good in the future.
