This dry hot chocolate mix recipe serves 10-12 people. Be sure to have containers ready for the left overs!
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1 cup dry milk powder
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
PREPARATIONIn a large bowl or food proccessor, blend together all ingredients.Store in an air tight container, and store in a dark dry place. To serve, just add hot water!
EXTRA IDEAS FOR SERVINGVanilla - Add just before serving
Amaretto - Add just before serving
Cherry flavoured kool-aid powder - Add to the mixture with the hot water.
Candy Cane - Melt candy canes in the mixture by boiling it. Flavored Cream - If you have a favorite flavored cream that you normally use in your coffee, substitute half the milk with it.
Marshmallows - Add while serving
Whipped Cream - Add while serving
Cinnamon - Sprinkle on top
