Elope in Illinois

I need to find somewhere affordable and somwhere in or close to illinois to elope. and i would like it to be outside if possible.

Other than that, I would try looking into a golf club, or maybe a scenic location such as a lake.

Go out with some friends, and look for some romantic locations. You'll be surprised at what you might find just beyond your front door.
