2/3 c. of sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATIONTo make the dressing: In a medium bowl combine garlic powder, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
In a large serving bowl combine lettuce, chicken, celery and walnuts.
Pour the dressing over top of the lettuce mixture and toss until the mix evenly distributed.
Chill and serve.
