You need these to make your room dark, which will make the lighting you choose stand out better. You can also decorate your windows with a valence for as added feature. Just be sure to keep all the uncontrolled light out.

* Lamps - Using lamps in your bedroom is a great way to control how much light you'll have. This way you can create a dim lighting effect.
