INGREDIENTS

2) 1 egg

3) 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

4) 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

5) 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

6) salt and pepper to taste

7) 4 ounces buttery round crackers, crushed

8) 2 cups oil for frying, or as needed

DIRECTIONS

In a medium bowl, combine ingredients 1 through 7.

Take chunks of the mixture and roll them into balls.

In a frying pan, heat the oil using high heat. Place balls the oil, flattening them with a spatula. They should end up being about 1/2 an inch thick.

Fry both sides of the crab cakes and serve.
