Mayan Ruins

The island of Cozumel has been inhabited for quite some time, and you can visit Mayan ruins in various locations around the island. One that you will definitely want to pay a visit to, if you’re interested in history and culture, is Templo El Carocol, which was, according to belief, a Mayan lighthouse.

Or try out the go kart track, for a few laps, and a lot of fun. There is also a national park to visit, with walking trails, iguanas, restaurants and a whole lot of other activities and sights.
