Banana Muffin Recipe
Here's our favorite, most delicious banana muffin recipe thats both healthy and tasty!
Its a great desert to compliment your romantic breakfast, because its not too sweet. (A desert full of sugar for breakfast can be a bit much..)
Just keep in mind that unless you have alot of extra time in the morning, you may want to have these muffins made in advance.
INGREDIENTS
3 large bananas
3/4 cup sugar (white)
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup melted butter
PREPARATION
* Mash the bananas and beat the egg slightly. Combine together in a large bowl.
* Add in sugar and melted butter.
* Combine all dry ingredients together in a seperate bowl, then add to mixture. Mix well.
* Pour batter into a muffin tray, filling them about 2/3 full.
* Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
