Baked Salmon Recipe
Here's a tasty baked salmon recipe that's sure to get your mouth watering! Its easy to do, and out of all the salmon recipes I've tried, this one is definately my favorite! Try it out for yourself!
INGREDIENTS6 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp basil flakes
1 tsp salt
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp parsley flakes
2 tbsp salted butter
1 (12 ounce) salmon fillet
PREPARATIONIn a medium bowl mix garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley to make the marinade.
Pour marinade over salmon fillet, covering it entirely. Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Wrap fillet in aluminum foil, and put the butter on top.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
